The Crypto Operations team is passionate about delivering an excellent end-customer experience and mitigating firm risk while supporting cutting-edge crypto products.
As a Crypto Operations Intern, you will serve as a technical product and operations expert, owning processes critical to maintaining Robinhood’s crypto products while supporting product teams in improving and scaling our offerings. You’ll partner with specialized subject-matter experts on the operations desks—including Trading, Money Movements, Account Servicing, Product Operations and Risk Management—to identify optimization opportunities, support critical day-to-day processes, and provide feedback loops that inform product development. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Engineering, and Finance to ensure operational readiness, efficient processes, and a seamless customer experience.
This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
