Source and engage candidates for Business roles, conduct initial recruiter screens, manage candidate pipelines and interview logistics, keep the ATS accurate, and support recruiting projects such as talent‑pipeline building and process documentation.
3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (including contract or agency work), comfort with sourcing tools and an ATS, strong written and verbal communication, high reliability, attention to detail, and curiosity about fintech.
The recruiter maintains hiring momentum during a growth phase, delivering a respectful candidate experience and timely hires that help Plaid expand its financial‑technology ecosystem and fulfill its mission of financial freedom.

We’re looking for a contract GTM recruiter to support our Business recruiting team during a period of growth. You’ll work alongside our recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches moving: sourcing candidates, running early-stage screens, and making sure every candidate has a great experience.
