Content Strategist, Product Education (Part time)

SoFi is a next-generation financial services company and national bank using innovative, mobile-first technology to help millions of members reach their financial goals.

This part-time Content Strategist will support SoFi's Product Education program, powering the execution layer for multimedia educational content: creating briefs, navigating the compliance process end-to-end, and keeping multiple workstreams organized, using AI tools as a natural extension of the workflow to translate complex financial and product concepts into clear, accessible consumer content.

Requires 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, editorial, or a related field, strong writing and editing skills, comfort managing a compliance-heavy workflow, and fluency with AI writing and productivity tools. Financial services or fintech experience is a strong plus.

Location: New York City, NY / San Francisco, CA. Pay rate: $55-$62/hour (part-time).
