Associate Creative Director

Chime is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead the development of scalable messaging and creative systems that power product launches. This senior individual-contributor role translates product strategy into clear, modular, repeatable creative infrastructure, leaning copy-first but fluent in visual systems, and building AI-enabled workflows for speed and consistency at scale.

Requires 8+ years of creative experience with deep expertise in copywriting and creative direction, proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, demonstrated ability to build and scale messaging or design systems, and experience shaping AI-assisted creative workflows.

Location: San Francisco, CA (hybrid, 4 days/week in office). Base salary: $145,000 - $200,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
