Associate, AFC Compliance

As an Associate, Anti-Financial Crime Compliance - Business Advisory, you'll support the development and continuous improvement of structural features within the AFC Compliance program, helping identify gaps, test controls, report risk indicators, and support initiatives that strengthen the compliance framework, working closely with Risk, Product, Operations, and Technology teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Requires a university degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills (SQL or programming experience a strong advantage), excellent English communication (German a strong asset), and interest in financial crime prevention, ideally with prior Compliance/AFC/AML/KYC/Sanctions Screening experience.
