Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory

Robinhood's mission is to democratize finance for all. Robinhood is looking for an Assistant General Counsel to join its growing Regulatory legal team, with experience in retail broker-dealer regulation, working at the intersection of regulation, technology, and finance.

Requires a J.D. (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least 1 U.S. state bar, 5-7+ years of legal practice experience specializing in advising retail broker-dealers, and knowledge of rules relevant to broker-dealers including sales practice rules, Reg BI, Form CRS, licensing/registration, and communications with the public.

Role based in New York, NY; Washington, DC; or Menlo Park, CA, with in-person attendance at least 3 days/week. Base pay range: $170,000-$255,000 USD depending on zone, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
