About the team

The Administrative Business Partner team works with Stripe’s leaders to support their day-to-day administrative and operational needs while contributing to projects that support the company’s strategic priorities.

What you’ll do

Stripe is seeking an organized and composed individual with strong attention to detail, communication skills, and professional drive to support the Office of the President. This role will report directly to the Lead Administrative Business Partner to the President and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. A successful candidate will bring a “no task too big, no task too small” mindset, exercise sound judgment, and partner effectively with leaders and individuals across the organization. This individual should also demonstrate discretion, resilience, and experience working in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our President, Product and Business by managing a complex calendar
  • Support research and logistics for unique, high-profile offsite events
  • Travel to offices and support onsite responsibilities as needed
  • Track, manage, and reconcile expenses monthly
  • Manage end-to-end travel, including planning, booking, and creating itineraries in advance of domestic and international trips
  • Identify opportunities to establish new administrative systems and processes and improve existing ones
  • Own and manage ad hoc projects as needed
  • Build cross-functional relationships across departments
  • Support general office duties as needed
