About This Role

About the opportunity

N26’s Corporate Governance team is looking for an Executive Business Partner to run the senior administrative engine behind our Management Board operations. Sitting at the intersection of C-suite leadership, Finance, Legal, and Risk, you will take full ownership of our executive governance workflows and high-stakes administrative processes.

Based in Berlin, this is a hybrid role (minimum 8 days per month in-office) with the official internal title of Senior Executive Associate, Corporate Governance.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Board & Committee Operations: Organise, schedule, and prepare materials for Management Board and committee meetings, ensuring presentations are uploaded on time and meet executive standards.

  • Review & Edit Executive Submissions: Assess incoming meeting materials for clarity, formatting, and clear decision objectives before they reach leadership.

  • Handle Documentation & Minutes: Take official meeting minutes, track follow-up action items, and maintain secure digital archives for governance records.

  • Manage Digital Approvals & Tools: Coordinate document approvals via digital signature tools and keep board portals and process management systems up to date.

  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with C-suite EAs, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams to keep committee timelines moving smoothly.

  • Support Board Onboarding & Audits: Facilitate documentation for onboarding new Supervisory and Management Board members, and provide quick access to records during audits.

  • Maintain Process & Regulations: Keep committee Rules of Procedure, deputy registers, and internal governance guidelines accurate and updated.

What you need to be successful:

  • 5+ years of executive admin experience supporting senior leaders, C-suite executives, or board operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exposure to finance or legal stakeholders, with comfort collaborating across corporate, compliance, and leadership teams.

  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.

  • High organizational speed & quality, with a track record of handling confidential materials, meeting deadlines, and managing complex schedules smoothly.

  • Strong tech & project skills, including experience with digital approval tools, document management, and meeting logistics (AGM or committee experience is a plus).

  • Bonus points: A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or experience working within financial services/regulated environments.

What’s in it for you:

  • Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europe’s most talked about disruptors 🚀.
  • Employee benefits that range from a competitive personal development budget, work from home budget, discounts to fitness & wellness memberships, language apps and public transportation.
  • As an N26 employee you will have access to a Premium subscription on your personal N26 bank account. As well as subscriptions for friends and family members.
  • Additional day of annual leave for each year of service.
  • A high degree of autonomy and access to cutting edge technologies - all while working with a friendly team of peers of diverse nationalities, experiences, and backgrounds.
  • A relocation package with visa support for those who need it.
