About this role

Product Delivery Manager - Integrations

Build with us

Today, more than 250,000 companies trust our all-in-one platform to get paid, manage money and grow on their terms. Simple, scalable and built with real businesses in mind.

We’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs, with 900+ Mollies across 12+ locations. Our people make this growth possible. We move fast, build with purpose and care deeply about our customers. Whether you’re solving problems, building market-leading products or exploring how AI can make work smarter, you’ll have the freedom to create and the trust to deliver.

If you’re ready to grow, shape the future of fintech and join an ambitious, high-performing team, this is the place for you.

Your impact

Integrations are how Mollie shows up inside the tools businesses actually use every day, from ecommerce platforms to accounting software. As Integration Manager, you'll own a portfolio of these products end to end, shaping how merchants connect Mollie to their tech stack and making sure those connections work reliably at scale. Your work directly enables Mollie's expansion into new markets and product areas.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships and technology, inside a team of five product delivery managers led by a hands-on leader. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Procurement, Legal and Compliance, as well as external partners and engineering teams. The scope is broad and the ownership is real: you'll define strategy, manage budgets independently, and be accountable for the KPIs that measure your integrations' success.

What makes this role genuinely different is the degree of independence you'll have to shape your products. You're not executing someone else's roadmap. You're building and refining a portfolio that matters to the merchants who depend on it, while simultaneously launching new integrations in key areas. If you want to own something meaningful and see the results of your decisions, this is the place to do it.

What you'll ship

  • A well-managed portfolio of integration products, each with a clear strategy, defined KPIs, and a budget you own and are accountable for
  • New integrations launched across pre and post-order systems, expanding Mollie's reach into new markets and merchant tech stacks
  • Reliable, well-maintained integrations with strong lifecycle management, including support processes that keep merchants unblocked and escalations moving forward
  • Strengthened partnerships with existing suppliers, developed jointly with the Procurement team, and new partner relationships shaped from selection through to negotiation
  • Clear, consistent communication to internal and external stakeholders on integration developments, timelines, and decisions
  • A tighter, more effective integration portfolio over time, fine-tuned through close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering

What you'll bring

  • 3 or more years of experience as a delivery manager, product manager, or solutions engineer in the software industry, ideally in fintech or payments
  • Hands-on experience operationalising APIs and a solid understanding of ecommerce payment processes from checkout through to post-order
  • The ability to bridge commercial and technical stakeholders confidently, translating business needs into technical requirements and explaining complex concepts clearly to both audiences
  • Proficiency with at least one major ecommerce platform such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopware, or BigCommerce, alongside a good understanding of the broader merchant stack including ERP, order management, and finance tools
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, modern web standards, and tools like GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
  • A systematic approach to problem-solving, strong project management instincts, and the ability to work autonomously across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment

Grow your way

At Mollie, growth is personal. We believe everyone should have the chance to develop their skills, explore new challenges and shape their career on their own terms.

In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build a meaningful distribution channel from the ground up. As we expand across Europe, you will grow alongside the product area you own. You’ll get regular feedback and performance reviews to support your development, with fair and transparent salary reviews along the way.

Unlock your full potential and join us to eliminate financial bureaucracy

If you're excited by the idea of building what's next, for yourself and for thousands of businesses across Europe.
