This role is part of the international Customer Operations group.
In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and verifying new GoCardless customers, as well as conducting Customer Due Diligence reviews for existing clients, ensuring all processes are both compliant and customer-centric. As a senior member of the Customer Operations team, the KYC Specialist will also act as a primary escalation point for compliance-related issues, both within the team and across other departments.
In the first three months during onboarding - Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
After onboarding rotational shift - 4 days on / 4 days off 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Base salary range: 18,400 EUR - 27,600 EUR
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range (18,400 EUR - 23,000 EUR) until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
