The Team

Working closely with the Head of Total Rewards (London-based) and the Compensation & Benefits Expert (Paris-based), this role offers a unique combination of business-as-usual (BAU) operational and process management along with high-impact strategic project and analytical work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Pay Equity Analytics

  • Pay Equity Modeling: Own the quantitative data preparation, variance testing, and baseline modeling for internal pay equity audits and gender pay gap analysis.
  • EU Directive Alignment: Actively support the team’s preparations for the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive by leveraging statistical analysis to identify and report on compensation trends across employee cohorts.

Equity Platform Dashboards & Maintenance

  • Grant List Creation & Validation: Prepare, audit, and validate equity grant lists, ensuring absolute accuracy before final approvals. Partner directly with HR Ops and Legal teams to deliver clean, compliant data for new equity grants.
  • Equity Tracking: Explore the creation of analytical dashboards/trackers to monitor global equity distribution, vesting schedules, and dilution tracking (e.g., BSPCE, Stock Options).

C&B Operations

  • Annual Review Support: Help run the operational backbone of our annual compensation review cycles (merit, performance, bonus) by managing data templates, tracking timelines, and coordinating with HRBPs.
  • Survey Submissions & Benchmarking: Coordinate and execute global compensation and benefits survey submissions, ensuring clean data mapping, and perform basic market benchmarking to support pay positioning decisions.
  • Patent Premiums Administration: Operationalize and administer our global patent/invention premiums, partnering closely with the Intellectual Property (IP) and Payroll teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Workday Data Maintenance: Own the quarterly data upload process in Workday, ensuring all miscellaneous payroll bonus data is accurately tracked and updated on time.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Pursuing a Master’s degree in a highly quantitative discipline (e.g., Corporate Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Econometrics).
  • Advanced Mathematical Analytics: High mathematical baseline with strong capabilities in statistical modeling, variance tracking, and processing complex datasets. Advanced, robust Excel is a baseline requirement.
  • AI Tooling & Agentic Workflows (Strong Plus): Hands-on experience or deep curiosity regarding AI agents and workflow automation. Ideally, you know how to leverage tools like Claude and Gemini beyond basic prompting.
  • Execution & Balance: Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, proactive rather than reactive.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus.
