Anti-Financial Crime Officer - Belgium

Join Qonto's Anti-Financial Crime team as an AFC Officer (Belgium) to build, run and continuously improve Qonto's financial crime framework for the Belgian market, reporting to Florence, Qonto's AFC Director (Western Europe). You'll implement Belgian AFC processes, represent Qonto with local authorities including the Belgian FIU, own SAR management, build local policies and procedures, monitor operational performance, and serve as Deputy Managing Director of Qonto's Belgian branch. Requires strong AFC/compliance experience ideally in fintech or banking, autonomous operating ability in a regulated environment, and professional English and French; Flemish/Dutch at C2 is a strong plus. This role is based in Brussels.
